Formless horrors the new blob

Here was a film that for some reason just doesn't have fan love. I don't understand it. Ok, it doesn't have Steve McQueen, but I think its a very well realized film with a lot good stand out scenes. The Blob here is a little more defined than a killer jujube. It forms definite tentacles and other structures.  It certainly is more active, it will come and hunt you down and not just roll over you.  It will suck you through a DRAIN.  I admit when I first saw this in a theater I cheered when at the end we got to see the blob in all its glory like a melted taffy Godzilla slamming people like they were flies.  That dear readers is a MONSTER.
