Villainy and Blackguards Incorporated #15: The Red Wight Hand

Villains and Blackguards Incorporated (VABI) is an organization found on Earth 32aa which has dedicated itself to protecting the interest of those of differently enabled morality and enhanced humanity. They take care of legal expenses and investments. It has become a very successful organization and is considering spreading to other Earths. In case they do here are some of it's members.

Many in the career track of "criminals" do so for money. Some though are in it for vengeance.  Again, VABI tries to take a neutral policy on such matters.  However, VABI wisely realizes its future as an organization requires there to be an Earth so VABI does sanctions those who threaten it.  Mark Manhattan was dropped from the VABI rolls after his scheme to explode 250 VX bombs across America failed.  He was not happy with that and VABI agents are warned to stay away from him.

Mark Manhattan has taken the name of The Red Wight Hand because he has the power of a death touch.  He got that power when as a teen he found a seemingly abandoned warehouse.  Inside were cases of the banned pesticide Amiton which was a precursor to VX.  He was using the warehouse as an impromptu lair as he did a series of robberies.  A battle with cops in the warehouse left him covered in Amiton and a biophysical reaction occurred.   He was also horribly scarred.

The Red Wight Hand holds grudges to an epic degree.  He blamed not just the police but all of America for what happened.  He has become obsessed with stealing or making VX gas and using it against the population.  He is a serious problem.  It doesn't help that he is sometimes a partner with the equally crazed Ugly American.  Together they might actually someday outdo 9/13 (The terrorist event on Earth 32aa).

  1. Are there any authorities seeking to apprehend him before this happens? Sounds like he's mighty determined.

  2. He's on most terrorist watch lists and is actively sought by the America First Squad
