There is a clock tower over looking Patch Town. It has not worked for years. If one were to pick the locks and climb the stairs, minding the 53rd step which is not there, one will find a marvel at the top of the tower. There is a small black box with gears joining it to the tower. If you open the box you will find a copy of the clock face of the tower. Merely twist the hands and the hands of the tower will move as well. You can go backwards or forwards in time by 12 hours with the help of the box.
