Villainy and Blackguards Incorporated #19: Mean Joe

Villains and Blackguards Incorporated (VABI) is an organization found on Earth 32aa which has dedicated itself to protecting the interest of those of differently enabled morality and enhanced humanity. They take care of legal expenses and investments. It has become a very successful organization and is considering spreading to other Earths. In case they do here are some of it's members.

VABI paradoxically given our name doesn't like to play the villain. Our role is to be supporting our members and giving them good service. Sometimes though VABI must take a tough stand. We have agents that specialize in tough, energetic negotiations.  One such agent is Mean Joe who's reputation proceeds him and massive property damage follows.

Mean Joe was previously an independent supplier of mayhem.  He didn't have great plans, if he wanted money he'd peel the back off of a bank.  If cops wanted him to stop that he'd bend their cars around them.  If someone in tights had a problem with that, well then fight's on.  Not only is he massively super strong, but he is a good combatant and knows how to take a beating. 

This went on for years.   He spent most of his time going in and busting out of jail.  Sometimes when he made a big haul he'd spend a night blowing it in some casino.   One day he awoke and realized he was tired of it.  Unfortunately, he wasn't the temperment to retire nor did he have the resume for a different job.  He was good with beating things with his fist and that's it.

Luckily, that was a skill we were interested in.  VABI hired him and gave him some pointers on style.  Now, he enjoys the finer things in life and generally only gets into a scrape when VABI needs him to.  Just enough, to keep things interesting for him.  He has become another satisfied employee and we are proud of his work.
