There is a secret somewhere in the ports and alleys of Lutheran's Rainbow. Most in the town do not realize they have a secret at all. The secret has cost the lives of five men and seven women. It has also all birds that fly overhead sterile. The secret has also made three men rich and one boy will grow up to great power. The true nature of the secret is still though...a secret.
