Threat Assessment: 3. They got sharp teeth, and probably don't brush. They are ruthless and egotistical and would sell their mother for a profit. They have access to high tech weapons and space ships.
Limitations: Low impulse control, struck stupid by nearly cannibal capitialism. Other races dislike them very much.
