Villainy and Blackguards Incorporated #21: Madame Hiss

Villains and Blackguards Incorporated (VABI) is an organization found on Earth 32aa which has dedicated itself to protecting the interest of those of differently enabled morality and enhanced humanity. They take care of legal expenses and investments. It has become a very successful organization and is considering spreading to other Earths. In case they do here are some of it's members.

VABI often needs intelligence.  Sometimes that means dealing with outside resources.  Any such information gained is taken with a grain of salt and checked out by our own agents.  Still it can't be helped some people have informers that we can't touch.  One of these is Madame Hiss.

Her real name is unknown, which is nothing else a testament to her own ability to control information even from VABI.  She makes her nest off the coast of Vietnam.  Her island is a 22nd century hub of telecommunication and encryption.  There are no guards on her island.  There is however more poisonous snakes per foot than anywhere else in the world.  Once a month a trader vessel parks by the shore and flings boxes of rats toward the shore to feed the serpentine horde.

Snakes are not the only thing she has influence over.  Madame Hiss can speak with the dead.  More than speak, it is said she can torture them and force what information the have.  With this and her own network of living agents she has collected a vast amount of information.  Some of it thought lost forever. 

Madame Hiss demands payment first to her swiss bank accounts.  She's worth it.
