Threat Assessment: 7. Physically they have a good kick and two heads capable of independent motion. What makes them dangerous is they have incredibly high technology and make plans hundred of years in advance.
Limitation: They are both herd creature and by nature supreme cowards. Only insane puppeteers work with other races.
