Needless

Probably not a great thing to name your work. "Needless" easily plays into a critic's hand if it is indeed ... well.. needless. So is it? Eh, let's say it doesn't cover new ground.

It's the future, but its the gritty post nuke future. But that's ok, cause folks sometimes get super neat mutant powers. Even though they can kick everyone's ass, they are called "Needless." Now a rogue corporation is hunting Needless for testing and spare parts. Whatever resistence there was was slaughtered and the only survivor is on the run. Luckily he finds the one Needless who can stand up to the corporation. His power is that he can take other people's powers. His weakness is he is highly distractable and doubly so in the case of pretty women.

So this is pretty standard anime. Some fighting, some hijinks involving near naked ladies, and some humor. Pretty much everything you've seen before.
