Sands of Destruction

Ah Japan, I've said it before but I'll say it again: W...T....F??? "Sands of Destruction" is freaky weird masked as a pokemon type anime. So, in this world the seas are made of sand and animals rule humans. It's sort of a cross between Dune and Planet of the Apes. Our pretty heroine wants nothing less to destroy the world. Utterly.

Destroy.

The.

World.

And she's our plucky protagonist. She is carrying with her a little sphere called the "Destruct Code," and she plans to use it as soon as she figures out how to use it. She's being chased by the committee of world salvation which of course doesn't want the world to go "bamf." As they chase her, she gets involved with another human who's a fairly nice guy, and a little bear who ends every sentence with "Kuma" Will they save or destroy the world? Frankly I haven't a clue fans. This is so whacked out a concept that it can go anyway.

It's fun though if you are of the "Pokemon" or "One Piece," school of anime. Not serious by a long shot it has a fun sense of adventure. Again though, Japan please... WTF???!!!!
