Location: Small village in Spain
Threat Assessment: 6. There are a lot of them. Ok, some can barely walk, but there are A LOT of them. Some are pretty strong, and they have sharp objects. Oh and they worship Dagon who's pretty active as far as ancient gods go.
Limitation: A real lack of foresight and ambition. They are happy to stay in Fishville.
Note: Dagon is prone to fish rape which is way worse than death.
