The Titan Bell

Dolphins and sharks. Two different branches of the tree of life. Yet the environment shaped them both sleek and fast. Here too, on Titan the environment has shaped life to a form we are familiar with. It does indeed look like an earth jelly fish. Only a trained biologist upon close examination would be able to tell its extraterrestial origins. But that would be unwise, for the streaming tendrils would then be close enough to melt the flesh and infiltrate the biologist. Something akin to a virus would then be pumped in, and the biologist would become a living biological reactor as the virus consumes the host leaving a highly nutritious residue for the Titan Bell.
