Threat Assessment: 5. Basically a mad genius saw a shark and said: "You know I would like that better if you gave it arms and claws and legs and made it out of steel. A huge robot that is able to track people through their fear and it has one mission. Kill, kill, and kill.
Limitation: The Mad Genius who made it has a remote control off switch. Also high explosives and weapons can certainly annoy it.
Personal Note: One of the better low budget films it eventually becomes a neo robo cop vs a psuedo Alien. Great way over the top acting by Brad Dourif.
