Threat Assessment: 6. Everyone is aware that to look directly at the Medusa is to be turned to stone. This presents quite a challenge in hand to hand combat. When you add that she is an accomplished archer, has the lower quarters of a huge serpent, and a mane of venomous snakes one can see why one might need the help of the gods to defeat this menance. It should also be noted that her petrifying powers continue after death and her blood is capable of mutating insects into giants. She is the original WMD.
Limitations: Vulnerable to weapons if you can reach her. Cursed by the gods.
