The Ambassador



THE AMBASSADOR IS TOO BUSY TO SMELL YOU AT THE MOMENT.  HE IS COMMUNING WITH THE UNIVERSE AT TEN AND DENYING TO THE PRESIDENT THAT THEY HAVE AN AREA 15 ON THEIR WORLD WHERE THEY KEEP HUMAN HEADS IN JARS AT ELEVEN.
